I am beyond impressed and extremely grateful for this app, and the obvious time, thought and effort that went in to creating it. It offers many valuable features that really help me when anxious or stressed, and I can tell it was created by a professional who truly understands people with anxiety, and how to help us! It is the best of all worlds: professionalism; a variety of different services (sounds, music, meditation, affirmations, information and education); easy-to-navigate; nice layout; -- all delivered with warmth and sincerity. Highly recommend!!

Even a person without panic disorder, clinical anxiety, or insomnia can use this app. Its almost like hypnosis. I have only used the relaxing sounds section, but after one trial, I turn to it daily. Whats magic is that it is so sure-fire. The choice of sounds means you can vary the combinations: light rain plus Zen bell, etc., or change them within a listening session. The tech and sound recording are good, there are so many frequencies, even a low rumble for a sound floor, that even partial deafness wont prevent you from hearing enough to work. A very valuable little tool for everyday life!

Doesnt excellent job of naming emotions that you cannot find word for.

My anxiety has been full force lately and this has been a real gift, I am so happy to have this handy when I need it! Amazing visuals and a smooth, calm voice that is easy to understand and really calms me down.

Found this helpful for times when I am on edge and teetering on making impulsive decisions. Empowers me to push past my default thinking and emotions and rationalize what the best reaction is in the moment. Really enjoy the relaxing sound that can be layered any way I like.

This is a decent app, the sounds are very calming and relaxing. However the guided meditation parts are far too short and the woman speaking, I feel is talking to fast, and not calmly enough.

I use this App every night before going to bed and every morning to start my day. Totally worth it.

I find the ladies voice more irritating than calming & that could just be me only but I do LOVE the sounds, the raining is my favorite to sleep.

Helpful but not very comprehensive. Nice selection of appropriate and effective tools. I do wish there was more though. As least double the amount. I really appreciate the pictures with affirmations. I would love different albums of photo affirmations. Maybe an album of water. An album of forests. An album of animals. An album of interiors. Etc.

Overall the app is great, does a wonderful job calming anxiety! However, it is scarce and needs more content, specially with anxiety, what about OCD, or or generalized anxiety disorder? If you add more content I will rate it 5 stars and also recommend it to all my patients! Thanks from a physician and also a long time anxiety sufferer

I started having a panic attack at a convention I was at and I immediately looked for a relaxation app on the apple store. Found this one & decided to get it; it got me down in less than 20 mins & Im almost ready to get back :) Definitely worth it

You wont be disappointed! This is a pretty cool app!!
