NOT GOOD AT WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO

I dont understand all the rave reviews. App doesnt work for me, deleted it. The sounds, the verbal instructions are all kind of hokey to me. Following this womens instructions is more aggravating than relaxing.
